Visionary Practice Group

Privacy Policy

Effective September 5, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Visionary Practice Group LLC ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the VPG Appraisals application (the "Service").

Information we collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and Google account identifier, and we record when you sign in. If you connect a Google account for sending email, we store the authorization token needed to send messages on your behalf and use it only when you explicitly approve a message to be sent.

We record what signed-in users do in the Service, the requests it refuses and any errors it hits, so that problems can be found and fixed. If you send feedback from within the Service, it is stored with the page you were on, your browser, language, time zone and screen size, the page titles, button names and page addresses you used in that browser tab (which can include a client's name), any script errors, any screenshot you attach and our own record of your recent activity. It never includes what you typed into other forms. Only the Service's owners can read it. Screenshots, browser details and error details are cleared on the same retention schedule as other working records once the feedback has been dealt with.

The Service also processes business information that authorized users upload or that is collected from connected forms, including documents and financial figures relating to appraisal work.

How we use information

We use information solely to operate the Service: to authenticate users, to prepare appraisal work, to send messages you approve, and to keep the Service secure and reliable. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

Sharing

Information is shared only with service providers that host and operate the Service (such as hosting, database and AI-processing providers) under agreements that restrict their use of it, or where required by law.

Google user data

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google data is used only to provide the features you can see in the Service and is never used to develop or train generalized AI models.

Retention and security

We keep information only for as long as it is needed to provide the Service or as required by law, and we use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it. You can disconnect a connected Google account from within the Service at any time, and you may request deletion of your information by contacting us.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy from time to time and will post the new version here. Questions about this policy may be sent to erikf@visionarypracticegroup.com.
